Welcome to Data Services of Tennessee! There comes a time in the life of every company when it must define who it is and for what it stands. For Data Services of Tennessee, that defining moment came in 1982, when Frank Caperton (that would be me!), the founder of DataWorks, LLC (1983-1999) and DSTN (1999-present), was asked to manage the mailing database for a local politician. Frank (uh, that's still me!) laid the solid foundation upon which Data Services of Tennessee is based today.

In 1983, I responded to the request of a company installing computers for the first time. I offered the client an honest commitment to meet their needs while he installed, implemented, and managed the hardware, software, network, and database. My customers are the reason my little company exists today. My methodology states that I will do my best to meet my clients' expectations on time and on or under budget. I believe in having an ongoing relationship with my clients that is based on a unique mentality – ‘tradition based on experience’.

Throughout its history, Data Services of Tennessee has had the privilege of working with some of the finest companies and individuals in middle Tennessee. While the past relies heavily on expertise and knowledge of PC related hardware, software, and networking, the future holds diversity for Data Services of Tennessee.

Finally, Data Services of Tennessee's founding values will remain intact, no matter how big or how diverse the company or individual becomes. My client-centered commitment will continue to be a guiding force for the company's future.
